Great Blue Heron, Brazos Bend State Park, Needville, Texas

I have been missing my favorite local park like crazy – Brazos Bend State Park has been closed due to flooding from Hurricane Harvey. Hoping the Cypress trees will be in peak color around when Brazos Bend reopens in November! Here is a Great Blue Heron from Pilant Lake across from 40 Acre.
