Blackburnian Warbler, Lafitte’s Cove, Galveston, Texas

What is more magical than millions of tiny, colorful songbirds traveling from continent to continent year after year after year? Science is explaining more and more but so much of it is still a mystery. Looking forward to spring migration here on the Upper Gulf Coast in Texas, where beautiful warblers like this Blackburnian will stop and rest after crossing the Gulf of Mexico.
